John Zafar

John Zafar has around 25 years' experience in the professional services sector.

John spent nine years with Michael Page Finance which he joined after qualifying as an accountant. He then worked for three years on the UK Board at Robert Half International where sales grew from £30 million to £75 million and profits from £1 million to £8 million during this time. After this he spent four years as CEO of Blue Group International where he was instrumental in turning around the business from a £2 million loss into a £2 million profit and then selling the business for £14.5 million, tripling the reward for the Private Equity investor.

More recently he has been involved with a number of recruitment businesses as a Non Executive Director and advisor.

John enjoys spending time with his family, following the exploits of Arsenal FC and skiing as often as he can.
